Women's Cross Country 29th At Earley Invitational

Westfield, Mass. – Running in a field that featured some of the teams they will see in the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Championships in a few weeks, the Dean women's cross country team finished 29th at the James Earley Invitational on Saturday at Stanley Park.

THE RUNDOWN:

  • Kayleigh Merrell (Wilmington, N.C.) was Dean's top finisher in 174th place in a time of 25:22.14.
  • Sitaara Muhammad (Brockton, Mass.) was right on her heels, finishing in 175th place (25:22.72).
  • Nicole Romero (Winchendon, Mass.) churned out a time of 26:43.84, good for 184th place.
  • Alexis Ford (Claremont, N.H.) was 191st with a time of 27:31.29.
  • Ajerah Sidbury (Wilmington, N.C.) was the Bulldogs' final runner to cross the finish line with a time of 32:07.55.
