Brian Stefanik begins his 20th season at Dean College, serving as the Director of Sports Medicine and the Head Athletic Trainer.
Stefanik spent seventeen years at the helm of Dean’s athletic training department during the college’s NJCAA membership and continues to lead the athletic training operations as Dean has transitioned to the NCAA.
In addition to his roles in athletic training and sports medicine, Stefanik is also an adjunct professor in the Sport Fitness and Pre-Athletic Training programs.
Stefanik has been a licensed certified athletic trainer and strength conditioning specialist working in the college, high school, clinical and professional levels for over 25 years.
A four-year member of Syracuse University’s swimming and diving team, Stefanik graduated in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education. In 1992, he received a Master of Education degree from Springfield College.
Stefanik is certified E.M.T., N.A.T.A., and C.S.C.S.
